Dean Model

A Dean of Students works with students in every aspect of their career at Discovery, including academic concerns, behavioral issues, emotional matters and anything else that comes up throughout the year. Working in conjunction with teams of teachers, the Student Support Team, administration, and parents, the Dean strives to provide the best possible support for students.  Parents who may need to communicate any information with the school, ranging from peer issues to academic challenges to changes in the home, may start by sharing that information with their child's Dean.
