Dear Discovery Middle School Families,

We hope this message finds you well and filled with excitement as we embark on a brand new school year at Discovery Middle School! It is with great joy and enthusiasm that we extend our warmest welcome to both returning families and those joining our school community for the first time.

While Troy is proud to continue his dedicated service to this district and community, we are absolutely thrilled to welcome Caitlin Hendricks to her new role as Assistant Principal. This is Caitlin’s 10th year with the district, previously as a teacher at Woodland and district literacy/instructional coach. Together, we are united in our unwavering commitment to our students, staff, and families.

At Discovery Middle School, we are deeply dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels a strong sense of belonging and can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. While Discovery is a larger school community, we strive to make sure every student and family knows they are important.
